Rachel Evan's End To Endings Cycle Itinerary

Published on Friday July 30 2010

I will be setting off from Land's End on the afternoon of the 2nd August. It may be slow progress through hilly Cornwall, but I would hope to be;

  • Exeter, 3rd August, evening
  • Bristol/Bath, 4th August,

  • afternoon/evening
  • Stroud 5/6th August, afternoon/evening
  • Cheltenham
  • Banbury
  • Leicester

DERBY for V-camp!!! Hopefully on the 8th at the latest!

If you are in these places or any nearby, even if not at these times, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me and pass on your friends/fellow woodies details. We can go for a chat in the park on an afternoon, I could come to your meeting (I know it's summer.), we could do some art, go for a cycle by the river or a pint in the pub. Whatever suits. It's all about learning about the different types of woodies, what you do, the challenges you face locally and what great stuff you're doing. I would love to meet up (and a cheeky place to crash?).

After V-camp (14th August);

  • Sheffield
  • Manchester
  • Hebden Bridge
  • Bradford

And then, is there anyone who would like to be involved, around Leeds/York/Darlington/Middlesborough/Durham (around the 21st-24th August), before;

  • Stanley
  • Newcastle
  • Leazes
  • Edinburgh

  • Glasgow

And anyone further north??? I will be heading on to JOHN O'GROATS anyway, so any welcoming hug and fellow nutty cyclist would be a joy (the new highlands groups??). I hope to finish by the 31st August, with an awesome excitement for DFs and Venturers all over the UK, to bring back and share with everyone.

Donations still welcome www.justgiving.com/endtoend-for-dfs
