We are looking for an enthusiastic and suitably experienced Training and Development officer. You will provide training and support for Woodcraft Folk members throughout Scotland and develop and build on contacts with young people and new volunteers who are interested in participating in and developing the Woodcraft Folk programme. Your job will also focus on building capacity through raising awareness of our organisation, and recruiting volunteers to set up and run Woodcraft Folk groups.

The post is for 21 hours per week, and as it will involve some evening and weekend events & meetings, the hours can be worked flexibly. This is a fixed term contract until March 2011. The job is expected to be home based. At the moment the majority of our groups are located within the Central Belt area.
