Woodies at Edinburgh Castle
It’s not often you get to see Woodies dressed up. Usually we’re on camp, low on clean clothes, face paint on our faces and friendship bracelets scruffily shown off. However, in an unlikely turn of events, 10 Woodies met on a warm evening in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle, wearing.... business wear! Why? Because Alex Salmond, First Minister of Scotland, had invited us to a party.
The United Nations have dubbed 2012 as the “Year of the Co-operative” and Scotland is taking it seriously.

About eighty Woodies from the Districts of Hounslow, Tolworth & Kingston, Knaphill, Spelthorne, Teddington and Walton districts came together for a Geocaching and other games day at Virginia Water Lakes and Park in Egham, Surrey.

Woodcraft Action Projects - what will YOU do?
Woodcraft Folk has been giving small grants to groups for the last two years for youth-led action projects, building links between Woodcraft groups and other organisations and working for social change in local communities.
Some amazing projects have happened as a result, inspiring young people to develop their involvement in the movement, empowering them to campaign for change and raising the profile of Woodcraft Folk and what we stand for in communities.
New Folk Supply T-shirt
Folk supply are pleased to introduce our new fantastic limited edition blue T-shirt 'A Bond between us'. The T-shirt was launched this year at Annual Gathering and flew off the rack!! We only have limited sizes in stock so be quick to avoid disappointment!!
Woodcraft Folk at Environmental Rock
Southampton Woodcraft Folk attended the Environmental Rock event on Saturday 12th May 2012. We were there along with Greenpeace, Friends of the Earth, a Vegan cooperative, wildlife charities and other local and national groups.
