A collection of some of the Woodcraft Folk's policies, procedures and guidelines, including the constitution and aims and principles. All documents appearing on this site have been approved by the General Council or the movement's Annual Gathering.

The application form for use with all Woodcraft Folk vacancies
  A temporary code of conduct for camping based on the model code issued by Natural England, for use with the Camping Exemption Certificate.
 
Certificate awarded for 5 years from March 2010 allowing Woodcraft Folk camps to take place in England for a limited time on farm and other land for which there is no planning permission to camp.
  This Code of Conduct is to help volunteers and those responsible for the care of children and
young people understand what are acceptable and unacceptable standards of behaviour.

 
Guidelines and basic advice for Woodcraft Folk groups, districts, regions & nations wishing to set up their own website.
  Woodcraft Folk collects personal data from its members and uses and holds it in a variety of ways. Woodcraft Folk will do what the law says it has to do under the Data Protection Act - 1998 and what it believes to be right as a matter of good practice.
 
Under the CRB’s and the Scottish Government’s Code of Practice this is the Woodcraft Folks written policy on the correct handling and safekeeping of Disclosure information.

This policy states that all young members will receive some level of drug education as part of their learning about healthy lifestyles, and that leaders will have access to suitable materials and/or training.
  This policy sets out the requirements for groups, districts regions and nations to produce guidelines on these issues for their events and activities. The policy also lists a number of points that must be included in all guidelines and specifies who has the authority to apply sanctions or settle disputes that may occur.
