The Country Centre, Darsham

Come to the small Suffolk village of Darsham, and stay in a converted railway station! Darsham country centre is only four miles from the beautiful Heritage Coast near Southwold. The centre is well placed for exploring the Suffolk heathland and for visiting the famous Minsmere bird reserve.

The centre sleeps 22, is being developed and renovated by the Woodcraft Folk. Facilities include a spacious kitchen (with disabled access), a dining room, games/recreation room with open fire, and seven bedrooms. The extensive garden can be used for camping.

The Woodcraft Folk took over the handling of bookings for this centre, known as the Hackney country centre, in 2000.
